Do you like the name windsor for a male chihuahua?

I think it gives him a kind of regal air:)

Do you like the name windsor for a male chihuahua?
Windsor is a very regal name...It was the name of my Borzoi...which was very fitting for him...so I have a hard time seeing it fitting the same on a chihuahua....





I'm not saying I don't like the name - I love it...It's just that the two dogs are SOOOO opposite...it's a BIG name for a little dog.





Like Windsor Castle...
Reply:my neighbor had a shih tzu named windsor. he passed away last year. he was a great dog and loved everyone. he was blind and deaf and he still had a great quality of life. i love the name but what is more important is that YOU love it. see it doesnt matter what anyone here thinks. if you like it, then that is all that matters.
Reply:Windsor is an English name. A chihuahua is a Mexican dog. Maybe you should go with a name that reflects his heritage more. Examples: Pedro, Jose, Peppie, Oritz, There are tons of great Spanish names!
