Just wondering because Mutton dressed as lamb is a female who dresses younger then she is etc. but what is a male one called. As i have seen it in males also

Reply:That expression is much older than the cult of youth that arose in the 60's. It applied to women because women were the only people that did it. Mutton and lamb are gender neutral, so I suppose that the expression would apply equally to males now that some males are doing it.
