To is not prounced too, it pronounced like, tow without the w at the end. It's a european name so I will understand if most of you dislike it.

Reply:Yah it is a great name for a Shih Tzu! We named our Shih Tzu Sam. I like the name Buddy or Lucky to or maybe Biskit. But it all depends on the color! I like the name Tomica!
